Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
These units are covered under separate factory warranties that vary from one manufacturer to the next. We do not warrant these units beyond the manufacturer's warranty. Any returns or exchange freight in conjunction with warranty repairs are your reponsibility. In addition, these are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Return Policy:
*All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Any items after 30 days of receipt are at our discretion no exceptions.
*All items require a (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization number which can be obtained by emailing us at sales@coolrite.net or contacting us by fax 504-822-4893
*The product must be returned in the original packing with all documentation.
*Incomplete or damaged orders must be reported within 5 days.
*There is a 20% restocking fee for all returned items or a $20 charge whichever is greater. .
*Damaged items will not be eligible for refunds.
